Location: Dandenong South (with travel to project sites)
About the Role
We're looking for a Project Manager to join our shopfitting team, working closely with our Head of Projects across multiple live sites. You'll help keep retail and hospitality fitouts on track, from programming and trades to client updates and closeout. It suits someone with coordination experience who wants to grow in shopfitting, with a team that backs you while you do.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Projects in coordinating and tracking multiple onsite shopfitting projects
- Support project scheduling, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Conduct regular site visits to check progress and assist project teams
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients as required
- Maintain accurate project records, reports, and filing systems
- Help track project timelines, deliveries, and site requirements
- Provide hands‑on support to site teams when needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong computer literacy is a must
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across the region
- Valid driver's license
- Enthusiasm to learn and develop in the shopfitting industry
- Previous experience in project coordination is essential and a background in construction is advantageous but not essential
