Our client is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Voice Pickers to join their growing warehouse team in Jandakot . This role offers afternoon shifts commencing from 2:00 PM , with no set finish time and approximately 25-35 hours per week available. About Us

All successful candidates are required to attend mandatory paid training , held on Mondays. Attendance for the full session is essential and will cover:

- Site safety procedures
- Warehouse systems and processes
- Equipment operation
- Role expectations and performance standards
- Voice-picking procedures and KPI requirements

Successful candidates must be willing and able to work across all warehouse temperature zones , including:

- Ambient warehouse environments (mandatory)
- Chiller environments (mandatory)

- Freezer environments ( mandatory )

Your Profile

As a Voice Picker, your duties will include:

- Accurately picking orders using a voice-directed picking system




- Operating a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP)
- Performing repetitive manual handling and lifting throughout each shift
- Meeting daily productivity and KPI targets
- Working across Ambient, Chiller, and Freezer environments
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse
- Following all site safety procedures and operational requirements
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must be:

- Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual handling tasks
- Comfortable working across Freezer, Chiller, and Ambient warehouse environments
- Fully available to work rostered shifts, including afternoons and weekends where required
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting workplace productivity standards
