Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Elimbah who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full time hours are not guaranteed.
Support
There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
Qualifications
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
Availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
Pay structure
You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- What you will do
Help prospective clients understand the training offer. Coach each client one-to-one. Join team workshops and mentoring sessions. Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
