We're Australia's leading coaching service helping men build confidence, dating success, and stronger lives. Our prospects come to us already interested - they've engaged with our content and booked a call because they want change. We need an experienced closer to take it from there.

This is a part-time role to start (~10 hours/week), but it's not a small opportunity - it's the entry point into a bigger seat as we scale and call volume grows.

Beyond base commission, our team members receive a variety of incentives on an ongoing basis. These change over time and are shared with team members directly.

Experienced closers only - B2C high-ticket sales background required.

What You'll Do

- Run scheduled, warm sales calls with prospects who've already opted in
- Diagnose the prospect's situation and goals,



then present the right coaching program as the solution
- Handle objections (price, timing, doubt) with confidence - consultative, not pushy
- Close and process enrollments accurately
- Log every call outcome in the CRM same-day
- Feed back to marketing on lead quality and what's landing on calls

Who We're Looking For

- Proven closer - several years of B2C, high-ticket phone/video sales experience (coaching, education, courses, or comparable consumer offers) - B2B or SaaS-only backgrounds won't be the right fit here
- Robust, demonstrable close rate on warm/inbound leads - ideally on high-ticket deals
- Confident and composed in emotionally-loaded conversations
- Comfortable with CRM and video-call tools
- Respects and believes in the work - men's confidence and self-development
- Reliable and self-managed - owns their calendar and their numbers without oversight
