Are you passionate about helping others, and ready to gain hands-on experience? We are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers (DSWs) to join our team on a casual basis, with the potential to transition to part-time employment.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're especially interested in young or entry-level support workers who are enthusiastic, patient, dependable, and willing to learn.

We are looking for workers who can support our lovely participants with diverse needs, including:

- Non-verbal communication and mobility support
- Mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD
- Supported Independent Living (SIL)
- Community access and daily living activities
- Individual goals, independence, and wellbeing

SHIFT AVAILABILITY

You must be adaptable and open to a range of shifts, including:

- Day and evening shifts
- Night shifts and sleepovers
- Weekday and weekend shifts, depending on participant needs

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module




- Current driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance and current registration for community access shifts
- A Certificate III/IV or Diploma in Individual Support, Disability Support, Community Services, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

YOUR ROLE

- Assist participants with daily living activities and personal goals
- Support community access, appointments, and social participation
- Encourage independence, choice, and confidence
- Build respectful, person-centred relationships
- Complete progress notes and follow individual support plans
