Keystone People Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Perth company specialising in the supply and installation of mulch, soil, sand and gravel for councils, schools, commercial landscapers and civil contractors. Using specialist truck-mounted equipment, they deliver quality results across a diverse range of projects throughout the Perth metropolitan area.

No HR or HC truck licence? No problem. You can join the crew with a current car licence and work towards obtaining the relevant licences and tickets, with funding available for the right candidate.

About the role

You'll work as part of a small, hands-on crew across a variety of Perth metro projects, from school playgrounds and council parks to rooftop gardens and large civil construction sites.

Every day brings something different, with opportunities to operate specialised equipment,



develop new skills and take on more responsibility as you progress.

Key responsibilities

- Installing mulch, soil, sand and gravel using hoses and specialist equipment.
- Loading trucks using a wheel loader or telehandler, where appropriately licensed.
- Driving HR or HC trucks between the yard and job sites once suitably licensed.
- Maintaining clean, safe and organised work sites.
- Working closely with your crew and clients to deliver quality results.
- Following workplace health and safety procedures and taking pride in every job.

About you

We're looking for people with a great attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

- A current White Card.
- A current car driver's licence. HR or HC licences are an advantage but are not essential.
- Telehandler, wheel loader or working-at-heights tickets (advantageous, but not essential).
- The physical fitness to perform hands-on outdoor work.
- A reliable, punctual and safety-conscious approach.
- A willingness to learn, develop new skills and progress into leadership.
- A national police clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
- The legal right to work in Australia, or eligibility to obtain the appropriate work rights before commencing employment.
