We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Narraweena. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.
How we support you
No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
The role
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Pay
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Requirements
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- When you need to be available
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
