Locations: Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and Burleigh Heads
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation and kitchen organization
- Ensure proper storage of kitchen equipment and supplies
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist in waste disposal and recycling procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hotel environment is an advantage (but not essential)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
