McKay Drilling is an industry-leading WA-based drilling company located in Wangara. We are seeking a Site Access Administrator to join our team and be part of a rapidly growing business with a great company culture.

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth across our operations, an exciting full-time opportunity has arisen within our Team based at our Wangara Head Office in Perth. This is a fast-paced role that plays a critical part in supporting the recruitment, onboarding, mobilisation and compliance of our workforce across multiple projects and client sites. Working closely with Operations, HR and employees, you will ensure personnel are onboarded, compliant and site-ready to meet operational requirements.

Please note: This is a Perth-based role located at our Wangara Head Office and is not a FIFO position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding and employee documentation
- Manage employee mobilisation, site access and client-specific induction requirements
- Maintain training, licence, qualification and compliance records
- Coordinate flights, accommodation and travel arrangements for operational personnel
- Liaise with employees,



operational leaders and clients regarding workforce requirements
- Maintain employee records and databases
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Team as required

About You:

- Previous experience in administration, recruitment, mobilisation or workforce coordination is essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
