CPC Engineering is a West Australian owned and operated engineering services business operating across mining, oil & gas, and construction.

We're looking for a driven and experienced Senior Site Services Manager to be based locally in Kalgoorlie. Someone that is capable and excited to lead our team and deliver outstanding results for our clients.

We are seeking employees residential to Kalgoorlie and the Goldfields OR those who are willing to relocate.

This is a senior leadership role with real autonomy. You'll be the key link between our clients and our operational team, managing projects from quote to completion while developing new business and helping to grow our already robust presence in the region.

What you'll be doing:

- Leading multi-discipline operations and project teams to deliver to specification, on time, and within agreed financial targets
- Managing the full project lifecycle — estimating, scheduling, execution, invoicing, and reporting
- Being the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships
- Identifying and developing new revenue opportunities for CPC Engineering
- Monitoring P&L;, controlling costs, and driving continuous improvement across your area of responsibility




- Upholding and promoting a zero-harm safety culture at all times
- Deputising for the Divisional Manager when required

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience managing operations or projects in engineering, mining, construction.
- A trade qualification and/or relevant management qualifications (preferred)
- Strong financial acumen — you understand budgets, P&L;, and contract management
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels
- Solid computer skills across the Microsoft Suite and/or project management software
- An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine drive to grow a business
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug, alcohol, and background screening
