About the role:
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller / Delivery Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team based at our Mercedes-Benz Dealership in Miranda!
In this dual-function role, you will oversee vehicle inventory management, including purchasing and replenishment of vehicle stock—while managing end-to-end delivery schedules to ensure an exceptional handover experience for our customers.
This position is Permanent Full Time – Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory and vehicle stock levels,
ensuring records are current and up to date
- Purchasing stock within approved budgets
- Data entry and preparing inventory/stock reports
- Conducting regular stocktakes
- Processing invoices and stock-related paperwork
- Working closely with managers to coordinate vehicle orders and deliveries
- Scheduling and coordinating vehicle deliveries as well as keeping our customers updated on delivery dates or any expected changes
- Arranging quality checks on all vehicles prior to delivery
About you:
- Strong administration skills, high attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Previous Data Entry/Administration experience – highly regarded
- Previous Mercedes-Benz experience – highly regarded but not essential
- Experience with ERA Net/ ERA Power - highly regarded but not essential as full training will be provided
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Current NSW Driver's License
