Island Gold Coast on the Surfers Paradise precinct is seeking a passionate Breakfast Chef to join our boutique hotel kitchen. This full-time role includes early morning shifts and weekend hours, with opportunities for casual work too.

You will lead breakfast service, handle short-order cooking and eggs, maintain an efficient prep flow, support junior staff, and uphold a clean, well-organised station in a quick-paced morning environment.
