Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to own a leading heavy vehicle and transport solutions operation, driving growth across sales, workshop performance, parts, and profitability in Brisbane (with Sydney as an additional prospect).
You will have full P&L; accountability, balance business development with hands-on operational leadership, oversee customer relationships, ensure safety and compliance, and coach a high-performing team to achieve targets.
