We’re looking for a creative, organised person to support marketing and team culture at 000 Trades.
Working within our Wagga team and alongside our wider marketing and People & Culture teams, you’ll help capture what makes this business special, share our stories and bring team initiatives to life.
This is a hands‑on role with plenty of variety, connection and room for ideas.
What you’ll be doing
- Capturing photos, videos and stories from our team, projects and day‑to‑day work.
- Helping create social media content that showcases our people, services and culture.
- Supporting local marketing campaigns, community partnerships and sponsorship activities.
- Coordinating team celebrations, recognition and internal events.
- Helping new team members feel welcome and connected.
- Keeping internal communications and workplace screens fresh and relevant.
- Supporting recruitment campaigns by showing what it’s like to work here.
- Keeping local marketing materials and branding looking sharp.
A little about you
You’re approachable,
proactive and happy to roll up your sleeves. You can spot a good story, organise an event and follow through on the small details.
You’ll bring:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence taking photos and short videos, including encouraging others to get involved.
- Familiarity with social media and tools such as Canva.
- An interest in marketing, people and workplace culture.
- The ability to work independently while staying connected with a wider team.
Experience in marketing, communications, events or team coordination would be helpful. We’re also interested in transferable skills and someone keen to grow.
