About Us

We're launching an exciting new self-serve frozen yoghurt, dessert and café concept, bringing together premium frozen yoghurt, delicious desserts, specialty coffee, refreshing drinks and freshly prepared focaccias.

We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and hands-on Store Manager to lead our team and help establish a successful new venue.

This is an exciting chance to join a growing hospitality business from the beginning, take ownership of daily operations and help shape the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects of daily café and store operations.
- Lead, train, roster and motivate a high-performing team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain excellent coffee, beverage and food preparation standards.
- Oversee our self-serve frozen yoghurt stations, toppings and presentation.
- Manage stock levels, supplier orders, inventory and wastage.
- Monitor labour costs and operational performance.
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.

What We're Looking For
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a café,



hospitality or fast-paced food service environment.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Coffee-making experience and an understanding of café operations.
- A hands-on attitude with the ability to work alongside your team.
- Confidence managing staff, stock and daily operations.
- A strong focus on presentation, cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Reliable, professional and passionate about hospitality.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
