Key responsibilities include

Corporate Income Tax

- Assist in the preparation of income tax return work papers, tax provision calculations and deferred tax schedules across all regions, for review by the Group Tax Manager.

- Prepare and assist in the submission of indirect tax returns and related reporting, including VAT, GST, Intrastat, Control Statements and EC Sales reporting.
- Perform indirect tax reconciliations and resolve queries with GSS and regional finance teams. Transfer Pricing

- Collect, collate and perform first-level review of data for transfer pricing documentation and APA renewals.
- Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing reports and intercompany reconciliations. BEPS 2.0 / Pillar Two & Governance

- Support data gathering and calculations for BEPS 2.0 (Pillar Two) reporting.
- Maintain tax governance documentation and support adherence to the Group tax control framework.
- Assist in preparing schedules and supporting materials for Board and Audit & Risk Committee tax reporting. Business Partnering & Data

- Work closely with GSS accountants to collect and verify information required for tax returns and provisions.
- Respond to routine tax queries from the business, escalating technical matters to the Group Tax Manager.
- Maintain accurate records within OneSource and the Group's finance systems.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and improve tax and compliance processes, and make active use of the Group's AI tools to drive efficiency and quality.
