Cerebral Palsy Alliance in Wetherill Park is hiring an Employment Development Officer (EDO) to support people with disability through hands-on training and office administration. You will guide recent employees through the application and onboarding phase and help gather initial production competency levels for wage assessments after 12 weeks.

You will collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Site Manager to attract suitable staff, update skill profiles, and provide learning journeys.
