The Salvation Army in Malvern, VIC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support the Store Manager and lead a dedicated team in delivering an exceptional in-store experience. This permanent full time role focuses on sales leadership, stock control, and community engagement.

As 2IC you will train volunteers, manage day-to-day store operations, and uphold WHS standards while aligning with our mission and values.
