About the Role
We're looking for a Senior People & Culture Manager to partner with leaders across Odyssey Technology and help shape the next chapter of the business.

Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, you'll play a key role in leading the people strategy, building leadership capability and ensuring our people practices support a high-performing and engaged workforce. You'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing strategic guidance while remaining connected to the day-to-day people challenges and opportunities that arise within a growing technology business.

Offering flexibility from 0.8 to 1.0 FTE, this strategic leadership opportunity can be tailored to the right candidate, with a working pattern that supports both professional impact and time for what matters outside work.

What You'll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with leaders to drive key people initiatives across workforce planning, leadership development, organisational capability, employee engagement and performance. You’ll provide expert advice on employee relations matters, support organisational change and help create an environment where both people and the business can thrive.





As a senior member of the People & Culture team, you'll also contribute to broader strategic initiatives, using data and insights to inform decisions and deliver positive outcomes for leaders, employees and the organisation.

What You’ll Bring
You are an experienced People & Culture leader who enjoys partnering with leaders, influencing outcomes and balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery.

You’ll bring strong experience in senior HR or People & Culture roles, a solid understanding of employment legislation and contemporary people practices, and a track record of supporting organisational growth and change. You’ll be a confident communicator, able to build credibility at all levels and navigate complex people matters with professionalism and pragmatism.

Experience within technology, digital, innovation or fast-paced environments will be highly regarded.
