Canberra Health Services is seeking an Administrative Service Officer 4 – Discharge Summary Liaison Officer to support the Decision Support Unit in monitoring and improving inpatient discharge summary completion at Canberra Hospital and North Canberra Hospital.

You will analyse discharge data in the Digital Health Record, validate documentation, and prepare regular reports for clinical units and executives while liaising with Junior Medical Officers and unit directors to drive timely completion
