ORS Group in Western Australia is seeking an Inclusive Employment Specialist to support people living with mental health conditions into meaningful roles. You will work within the IPS framework, guiding participants from planning to placement and beyond.

You will collaborate with clinicians, employers and community services to deliver wrap-around care and sustainable employment outcomes, while contributing to ORS’s mission of inclusive employment across Australia.
