IMB Bank is seeking a casual Sales and Service Consultant for its Contact Centre in Wollongong. You will handle phone and online customer inquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to promote banking and insurance products.

The role supports flexible shifts on a rotating roster Monday to Friday and some Saturdays, with hybrid work after training. The position offers a structured induction and ongoing training, guided by an experienced Team Leader, and a cooperative team environment.
