Allied Kids Therapy in Werribee is seeking a new graduate Speech Pathologist to join our paediatric team. Start date January 2027, with a dedicated graduate program offering mentorship, structured learning, and a cooperative team to build lasting skills.

The program features a three-week induction with no client load, reduced KPIs to 23 billable hours in the first year, flexible scheduling including work-from-home options, regular supervision, and a $2,000 annual PD budget plus one paid study
