Noumi is seeking a proactive Reliability Leader to drive reliability, maintenance and continuous improvement of site services, buildings and grounds. You’ll lead a skilled team, improving plant reliability and delivering key projects that support production targets with a robust safety culture.
Reporting to Maintenance Manager, you will develop teams, manage critical services, and ensure compliant operations across our dairy and food manufacturing site in Victoria.
