About the role

Ray White Cottesloe Mosman Park is hiring a full-time Senior Property Manager in Peppermint Grove, WA, to oversee a residential portfolio. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, maintaining legislative compliance, and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants across the premium Western Suburbs market.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction
- Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance scheduling to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards
- Handle tenant and landlord communications, addressing concerns and resolving disputes promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation including the Residential Tenancies Act, privacy laws and property management regulations
- Manage rent collection and arrears recovery, maintaining strong financial controls and reporting
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and tradespeople to ensure quality work and value for money
- Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for property owners on a regular basis
- Develop and implement property management strategies to enhance property value and investment returns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, real estate agents and service providers

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3+ years' experience in residential property management
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act WA and relevant property management legislation
- Proven track record of successfully managing a property portfolio and delivering strong financial results
- Strong financial acumen with proficiency in property management software and Google
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex tenant and landlord situations professionally

- A professional manner and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Current Western Australian Property Management Registration
- Current Western Australian Drivers Licence
