As our ICT Systems Support Officer, you will be the first line of contact for IT service requests and incidents across K&B;, with key responsibilities being responding, triaging, resolving, and escalating as needed.This isn’t a role that fits neatly into level 1, level 2 etc. One day you’ll be resetting a password, the next you’ll be supporting the install of bespoke factory machinery. If you like variety, enjoy learning new systems, and want to see the impact of your work, this is the role for you.This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.
