The role involves improving network performance, ensuring optimal capacity utilization, and delivering scalable, high-quality network solutions across IP, 4G/5G, or Fixed network environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform network optimization and capacity planning (traffic analysis,



forecasting, bottleneck identification)Design, deploy, and support IP/WAN/mobile/fixed network solutionsTroubleshoot incidents and drive root cause analysis & performance tuningDevelop Python scripts/automation for network analysis and reportingSupport lifecycle activities (upgrades, enhancements, modernization)Collaborate with operations, architecture, and vendor teamsRequired SkillsStrong routing & switching / IP networking fundamentalsExperience in network optimization & capacity planningWorking knowledge of Python for automation/scriptingExposure to 4G/5G networks or Fixed networksExperience in incident/change/problem managementGood to HaveNetwork performance monitoring toolsExperience & Qualification6+ years in network engineeringBachelor's degree in Engineering / IT / Telecom#J-18808-Ljbffr
