addressing minor repairs and replacements)Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needsCollaborate with other departments and report to the Executive Manager the current status of jobs, repairs, inventory etcRequesting quotes of external trade work, coordinating approved external trade workMaintaining positive paperwork that complies with Aged Care StandardsAbout youAged Care experience highly valued (but not essential)Demonstrated experience in handyman/trade/maintenance workAwareness of regulations and the importance of complianceGood communication and problem-solving skillsFinds reward in knowing that they are part of a team that truly care for our elderly AustraliansMust have current police check, covid vaccine and 100 points of ID#J-18808-Ljbffr
