An established and growing Melbourne-based consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (4-5 years' experience) or Senior Quantity Surveyor (8+ years' experience) to join its team.With a strong pipeline of work across social housing, aged care, education, community and commercial building projects, this is an opportunity to join a respected consultancy that works closely with leading builders, developers and government stakeholders.About the RoleYou will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, providing accurate cost management, commercial advice and quantity surveying services across a diverse portfolio of building projects.Working directly with clients, builders and consultants, you'll play a key role in helping projects stay commercially on track while delivering high-quality outcomes.ResponsibilitiesPreparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs)Detailed measurement and quantity take-offsCost planning and estimatingTender analysis and procurement supportContract administrationAssessment of progress claims and variationsCost reporting and budget monitoringForecasting project costs and identifying commercial risksLiaising with clients, builders,
