Food and Beverage Attendant | Felons ManlyPositioned along the iconic Manly Harbour front, Felons Manly is a place for the community to drop their shoulders & soak up the good life.As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service, running food and drinks, and creating an unforgettable experience for every guest.Whether you’re behind the bar, on the floor, this role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality and thrives in a high-energy environment.Key responsibilities include:Greet every guest with genuine warmth, personality & professionalism.Deliver exceptional, efficient, and friendly service across all areas of the venue.Maintain strong product knowledge of all of our food and beverage offerings to confidently make recommendations.Assist in clearing and resetting tables, ensuring all service areas remain clean, tidy & well presented.Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism, escalating to a manager when required.Adhere to RSA & and food safety compliance standards at all times.Contribute to a positive team culture, supporting colleagues during peak periods and ensuring guest satisfaction remains the top priority.What we’re looking for:Friday,
