We are currently seeking experienced Chefs & Cooks to join our team for assignments across a range of corporate, hospitality and premium venues in Canberra.

What we are looking for:
- Experience in a la carte, corporate catering, aged care or bulk cooking
- Passion for producing exceptional food with an emphasis on presentation and attention to detail
- Availability to work a minimum of two weekdays per week during week days
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent), for chefs
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Robust knowledge of food safety, HACCP and WHS requirements
- Valid Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- Demonstrated creativity, professionalism, reliability and the ability to work independently
- The right to work within Australia
Uniform Requirements
- Long-sleeved white chef jacket, chef pants, apron, chef hat, safety shoes and knives
