Job Title: Product Sales Manager | Permanent Full Time
Location: Braybrook, South Road VIC
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
Annual Salary Package: $139K base salary

About the role:

- Responsible for developing current business and managing customer relationships across Southeast Asia, driving sales of stock preparation and pulp handling solutions.
- Leads the full sales cycle, including technical-commercial proposals, solution configuration, negotiations, and contract closure to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 5–8 years of technical sales or application engineering experience in pulp and paper machinery, stock preparation systems, or industrial process equipment.




- Strong technical knowledge, solution-selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop proposals, manage customer relationships
- travel extensively across Southeast Asia (50–70%).
