Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Roseville

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Roseville. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Pay structure

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- When you need to be available
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

What we are looking for

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it




- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Your responsibilities
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
