More importantly, you'll be safety-focused, technically capable and comfortable working independently in the field. This is an environment where procedures and safety protocols matter,
so we're looking for people who take pride in doing things properly.

- Overtime when called out
- Technical and on-the-job training

Location & Travel
This is a field-based Melbourne position , rather than a role where you'll be expected to spend every day in an office.
The main customer locations are across Tullamarine, Truganina, Port Melbourne and Geelong, with the office based in the southeast of Melbourne primarily used for training and induction.
Travel time is paid as standard. There may also be occasional interstate travel depending on project requirements, but the position is predominantly focused on servicing the Victorian market.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
For an experienced UPS technician, this is an opportunity to work across complex critical power environments and major projects while joining a business offering strong employment conditions and long-term career opportunities.
For an industrial electrician looking to move into UPS and critical power, it offers the chance to develop a genuine technical specialisation. You'll receive extensive on-the-job training while gaining exposure to sophisticated power systems and some of Melbourne's major data centre and critical infrastructure environments.
Apply
If you have experience within UPS, critical power, industrial electrical, power generation or power distribution, we'd be interested in hearing from you.
