We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Scarborough. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.
No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
What the role involves
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- To be considered
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Availability
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
Pay and super
Casual role,
paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
