We are looking for a talented and personable Waitstaff to join our team across two of Melbourne's most exciting venues—Bouvardia and Santana.
- Bouvardia: A contemporary experimental cocktail bar, known for creative drinks, attention to detail, and a focus on customer experience.
- Santana: A newly opened rooftop bar with a moody ambiance, specializing in cigars, South American wines, and brown spirits.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of Hospitality experience
- A passion for great service and hospitality.
- Weekend availability is a must, as we're busiest on weekends.
- Flexibility to work across both venues as we extend our hours in the coming weeks.
- Someone with the right attitude, who’s eager to learn, and fits in well with our dynamic team.

Pay: $26.44 – $47.95 per hour
