About the Chance

OTR Recruitment is seeking experienced Physiotherapists interested in working within residential aged care facilities across Australia.

We are looking to connect with passionate clinicians who enjoy working with older adults and are committed to supporting residents in maintaining their mobility, independence, functional abilities, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess residents’ mobility, physical function, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Support residents with mobility, balance, strength, and falls prevention.
- Monitor residents’ progress and adjust interventions as needed.




- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and aged care staff.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with relevant professional standards.

Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Previous clinical experience in residential aged care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest in supporting older adults.
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and care teams.

Pay: $100.00 – $120.00 per hour
