We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-time Kitchen Staff (Hot Food Section) to join our kitchen team at our Ringwood location.

- Weekends: 10:00 – 21:00

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate hot food dishes with consistency and attention to quality
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and presentation
- Support daily kitchen prep and collaborate seamlessly with other team members
- Monitor section inventory, ingredient freshness, and report ordering needs to head chefs/management
- Comply strictly with all food safety, handling, and workplace health regulations
Requirements
- Relevant commercial kitchen experience (Hot food section / Korean cuisine experience highly regarded)
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher), or equivalent qualifying experience required for visa criteria
- Genuine commitment to long-term employment with our team
- Full availability to work scheduled weekday and weekend shifts
- Reliable, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
