We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable and detail-oriented team members who are keen to learn and help out with day-to-day store operations and events.
Who We’re Looking For
- Availability: Able to work weekday evenings and weekends, including shifts after 6pm.
- Attention to detail: Careful and accurate when handling stock, cards, pricing and transactions.
- Willingness to learn: No experience necessary, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are a must.
- TCG interest: A passion for Pokémon, Lorcana, One Piece, Magic, Riftbound or other trading card games is a big plus!
- People skills: Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Reliability: Punctual, responsible and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
- Teamwork: Happy to help with general store duties, stock organisation and event setup.
Local applicants around Kogarah or those who can reliably travel to the store are preferred. Retail experience is a bonus, but not essential.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with purchases and enquiries.
- Help with stock management, card sorting and pricing.
- Keep the store organised, clean and welcoming.
- Assist with TCG tournaments and events.
- Support other store activities as required.
