PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West North Strathfield

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in North Strathfield. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

What you will do

Help interested people understand what the training involves. Attend mentoring and team workshops. Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions. Use the team's coaching and admin systems.

What it pays

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- What we provide

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

What you will need

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it.



Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
