PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West Rozelle

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Rozelle, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

The role

- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Pay structure

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- What we are looking for

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Rent and support





Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Your availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
