We’re looking for a passionate, creative and commercially minded Events Coordinator to lead the strategy, planning and delivery of events at our stunning beachfront venue. From relaxed summer celebrations and memorable weddings to corporate gatherings and bespoke experiences, you’ll bring people together through great food, beautiful surroundings and exceptional hospitality.

Your key objectives

1. Create exceptional event experiences
Develop exciting, repeatable event packages and bespoke experiences that showcase our food, beachfront location and unique atmosphere.

2. Drive event profitability
Take ownership of event budgets, pricing and financial performance,



delivering memorable experiences that meet or exceed agreed revenue and profit targets.

3. Lead events from concept to completion
Oversee every detail, from initial enquiries and creative concepts to menus, styling, entertainment, staffing and on-the-day delivery, ensuring every event runs seamlessly.

4. Build relationships and grow opportunities
Develop partnerships with local businesses, suppliers, tourism organisations, event planners and the wider community to generate new business and exciting event opportunities.

5. Inspire the team and deliver outstanding hospitality
Work closely with the General Manager, FOH Manager and kitchen team to train and support staff, maintain high service standards, foster a positive team culture and continually improve the guest experience.

Pay: Up to $36.81 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
