About the Role
You will be responsible for creating and preparing high-quality desserts and pastries that complement our Italian menu, maintaining consistently high standards in a fast-paced kitchen.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and producing a range of traditional Italian desserts, pastries and modern creations.
- Maintaining exceptional standards of presentation, flavour and consistency.
- Managing daily dessert production to meet the demands of a busy restaurant.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient pastry section.
- Monitoring stock levels, minimising waste and ensuring quality control.
- Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
✅ About You
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a busy restaurant,
hotel or similar hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Italian desserts and contemporary pastry techniques.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for pastry, creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- A positive attitude, solid work ethic and commitment to teamwork.
