Flexible Hours Friendly Team Paid Training

We're looking for some lovely new cleaners to join our growing team at The Cleaning Co. WA!

If you're someone who genuinely enjoys cleaning, has a great eye for detail and loves the idea of popping your favourite music, podcast or audiobook on while you work, this could be the perfect job for you!

We're a small, friendly residential cleaning business servicing Secret Harbour, Rockingham, Baldivis, Mandurah and surrounding suburbs.

We're specifically looking for someone who lives locally, ideally in Secret Harbour, Golden Bay, Singleton, Port Kennedy or nearby suburbs. As our work is spread across the local area, being based close to us is important.

We offer casual employment with flexible working days, a supportive team and the opportunity to build up consistent weekly hours.

What we're offering:

- Flexible working days, Monday to Friday
- Family-friendly hours, generally between 9 am and 2 pm
- Approximately 10–15 hours per week to start, with opportunities for more
- Fully paid training
- All cleaning products and equipment supplied
- Weekly pay and superannuation
- A friendly, supportive team who genuinely look out for each other

We understand the importance of flexibility, particularly for parents! All we ask is that once you've committed to your regular working days, you're able to stick to them so we can provide our clients with consistent service.

- Comfortable working independently as well as alongside other cleaners
- Friendly, professional and respectful in clients' homes
- Able to manage your time effectively
- Happy to take on feedback and learn our cleaning methods

Previous cleaning experience is great, but attitude, reliability and attention to detail are just as key to us!

What you'll need:

- A valid driver's licence
- A reliable vehicle
- A current police clearance
- A smartphone to access our scheduling and training apps
- To live locally to our service area
- Availability during school holidays, where possible
