About the Role

As a Griller at 6HEAD, you'll take ownership of the grill section, preparing premium cuts of beef to exact specifications while maintaining exceptional standards of quality, consistency and presentation.

You'll work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver a seamless service and ensure every steak leaves the kitchen cooked to perfection.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience working on the grill in a premium steakhouse or high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of premium beef cuts,



cooking techniques and temperatures
- Confidence managing a busy grill section independently
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher is an advantage
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and OHS practices
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
