Chef – Authentic Mexican Cuisine

Are you a passionate and skilled chef with experience in Mexican cuisine? We are looking for a talented Chef to join our team at Chechos, an authentic Mexican bar & restaurant dedicated to delivering bold flavors and traditional dishes.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook authentic Mexican dishes, including tacos, starters, steaks and more
- Develop and refine recipes to ensure high-quality, consistent flavors
- Manage kitchen operations, including food prep, inventory, and hygiene standards
- Work with the team to create seasonal menus
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor kitchen staff

Requirements:

- Experience as a Mexican cuisine chef (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of traditional Mexican ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high-quality standards
- Leadership skills and experience managing a kitchen team
- Food safety certification (preferred)
