Studley Park Boathouse is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants and Baristas to join the team.
If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy working with people and are keen to learn, we'd love to hear from you! Previous experience is great, but we're happy to train the right person.
About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play an key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. From providing friendly table service and serving food and beverages to preparing quality coffee and supporting wider venue operations, you'll help keep service running smoothly.
You'll be part of a welcoming team in a beautiful riverside venue where every shift brings something different.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional service
- Serving food and beverages across the venue
- Providing table and floor service
- Preparing and serving quality coffee, where required
- Maintaining clean, organised and well-presented service areas
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider Front of House team
- Assisting with venue set-up, pack-down and events when required
- Following food safety standards and venue procedures
- Creating memorable experiences for every guest
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
- Previous hospitality, barista or customer service experience is advantageous, but not essential - we're happy to train the right person
- Weekend availability, including Saturday and Sunday mornings and afternoons
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Willingness to learn and get involved in all aspects of service
- Reliability, professionalism and a well-presented appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Own transport is essential, as public transport access to the venue can be limited
- Valid Australian working rights
