Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Preston Coburg North

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Coburg North, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

What you will do

- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- When you need to be available

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Pay and super

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)




- To be considered
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
