Visayab Migration Services is a reputable, MARA‑registered migration practice based in Parramatta. We provide professional visa, migration and citizenship services to clients across Australia and overseas. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Migration Agent who can support our diverse client base and communicate fluently in Chinese or Portuguese.
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented Migration Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of visa applications, provide accurate migration advice, prepare submissions, and maintain high qualified standards in line with MARA requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide migration advice in accordance with the Code of Conduct
- Prepare and lodge visa applications (482, 186, 190, 491, partner visas, student visas, visitor visas, etc.)
- Draft professional submissions and supporting documents
- Manage client communication and expectations throughout the visa process
- Maintain accurate records and case notes
- Communicate fluently with clients in Chinese or Portuguese (only one language required)
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high‑quality service delivery
Requirements
- MARA registration
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in migration practice
- Strong understanding of Australian migration legislation and visa pathways
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Chinese or Portuguese (only one language required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
- High level of professionalism and client‑service skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
