Position: Disability Support Worker (NDIS)

Community Inclusion is a disability support service provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred NDIS services across Western Australia.
We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualised support to NDIS participants.
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
- Support community access, social inclusion, and independence.
- Assist with household duties and meal preparation.
- Transport participants to appointments and community activities.
- Follow individual support plans and organisational policies.
- Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and participant safety.
Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
- Working With Children Check (where applicable).
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates (preferred).
- Valid Australian driver's licence.
- Reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance (where required).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Australian working rights or an appropriate visa.
Both experienced support workers and suitable applicants new to the disability support sector are encouraged to apply.
